Hi everyone, need a bit of guidance, my husbands late wife took out a loan for approx 15,000 about twelve years ago, he is still paying for this now 169 a month, they harass him constantly with phone calls four to five times a week!! Even though he is paying this debt, he also was supposed to get ppi back on this six years ago but they just took it off the loan, he still has about 15 years left on this, he has asked several times for the original paperwork but has never received it, can he just stop paying it?? Ridiculous company they are

who is the company? did he CCA1974 ? also from 25th May SAR request without payment should give all the documents they hold as well? others will comment also?

I recently needed documents to make a PPI claim against Welcome, I emailed and they never asked me to pay the Statutory Fee. All documents sent to me.
Don't terms it as an SAR, I just sent a polite email asking if they could help me with the documents and provided my address at the time along with D.O.B. They sent back a copy of the original loan agreement (I mean with my signature I was amazed after 14 years) along with full statement of my account.
