Hi everyone, hope you are all well.
A couple of years ago I had a dispute with a builder who had carried out an extension on my house. It went to mediation and a Tomline Order was raised in my favour. The builder completed all payments except the last one. I have sent the appropriate paperwork to the Court and have just received form N24 stating the defendant has until 4:00pm on 20th April to pay the outstanding sum plus the application fee.
My question here is if he doesn’t pay what are my next steps. Thanks in advance of any help/guidance.
