If you just want to pay it so you never receive a letter, all you can do is give RLP a call, ask them if they have your case, how much is it, and pay it.... or give them your new address for the letters to be sent direct to you or by email.

Remember they work on fear/embrassment/shame etc so they won't give a hoot that you'd rather get letters by email to save your family from finding out about it... they just want their money. TBH even if they said they would email you I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them, and if they did email you and you ignored them from that point, they're just going to send letters anyway.
