As a ginger moggy, I am starting to get nervous....

      Quick suggestion:
      Mortgage forum,

      Mortgage FAQ's
      Mortgage exit letters
      Claimable charges
      Non claimable
      The different cases relied apon
      Different letter for mortgage charges

What is this sites stance on ERC's - have we found the light at the end of the tunnel yet?

Hello I would like to see a section for ppi. There are a lot of people enquirying about this and I do believe it may get bigger than (dare I say bank charges).

I feel that people who have more bank charges than others are more vunerable, more desperate and the bank know this and take great advantage.

Oh how nice are we, we have put you into debt by taking all of your lovely money, so now we can offer you a loan, with a extortionate interest rate and we will tell you, haha no ppi no loan. and we will laugh all the way to the bank. you suckers

          Hiya,
Would it be atall possible to express somewhere (possibly FAQs) that disproportionate penalty charges are not just limited to a bank account.

i.e. banks, loan companies, mortgage companies, catalogues and insurance companies etc. and what they are likely to be able to claim for i.e. late payment charges etc.

Hope this isnt a silly suggestion but i believe that if something of this topic was kept in one area(FAQs) and updated it would save alot of this type of question being asked frequently.

                  Hello Jet Black,

This is the sort of attitude I like to see. Now you are angrey, so now get yourself educated so you can do battle with confidence. There is a lot of information on the site. The different legal acts etc. Read them and digest them. So when the battle starts you are more than well equipped

Also there are some very experienced members to this forum, so if you don't know, cant find or don't understand just ask.

We are all in the same boat together, some a bit further down the line

At the minute you are angrey, soon you will be cool and confident

LOL Thanks Mocha...been trying to work out how to change that for weeks!

We should leave it really, it is funny!
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

I would just like to say that after being here a while, I really like it....
The layout makes it easy to find your way around and the colour scheme is not too gaudy like somewhere else I've seen......
The Team Leaders are always on hand to help and are warm.....
When there was the logging on problem, I had to be "Princess" and got a lovely, automated message of greeting from Celestine, which is a great thought.....
And I like the idea of this thread - asking us what we think.

Thank you to everyone who made this site possible....

                            Love the new layout!!!!
Didn't like the step one as it meant keeping scolling down to do anything and they kind of just floated there - sorry to who ever designed it.
                            But this looks so good.
                            Big thumbs up from me,
