    Every 10 days u are a member u gain 1 point of rep power

    Every 20 posts u gain 1 point of rep power

    Every 10 rep point you get you gain 1 point of rep power

    You must have 5 posts for your rep to have effect

    You must have received 5 rep points for your rep to have an effect

    Okay - 100 points per blob thing is the same.
