    Morning all,

Yes I stayed up and watched the Ashes too, brilliant it was and the Barmy Army were fabulous, oh how I'd love to go on one of the tours with them all, that would be my ideal holiday.
Anyways, its normally my day off but I've had to come into work as its so busy, and I'm catching up with everything after the crimbo break.
If anyones interested there's 352 sleeps till Christmas, now shall I start a thread on it ?

    Hello everyone

Popped down the road earlier to the shops and when I got back there was a message flashing up on my answer machine.

On checking it was from Tracker, these are the ones who put on a Tracker on our Subaru Impreza we had a few years back, we no longer have this and sold it to Fords Garage for a Ford Focus Turbo diesel 2 ltr.

When hubby sold the Scooby car to Fords he passed on the details of the Tracker, cos we paid the full amount when we had this done, if anyone takes over and wants to continue with this they have to start up their own premium, so tracker would be left on the car but as well as new details of the new owner they have to pay to keep it going.

The message on the phone was automated and it said:

"There have been movement on your vehicle reg number XXXX XXXX, please contact us at this number or press to star button to confirm if the car have been stolen".

With hubby gone back to work today on afternoons, I rang them to let them know we have received the message but we no longer have the car, and have not done so since March 2010.
I explained all the tracker details were given with the car when we sold it on to the dealer of Fords, where they should have completed the bottom of the membership policy when it was sold on or cancel.

(The policy states when you sell the car, pass on the membership details to them, whether privately or a car dealer and they will complete from there).
However despite doing this my hubby did also ring tracker before selling the car and told him to do this, because hubby did say we were changing the car.

Anyhow, the guy at tracker then asked if i would complete the form to cancel the subscription, so i did so by completing the form online and then resending it back to them today.

What comes to my mind here, is, its been 9/10 months since we got rid of the Subaru and why have it taken this long for Tracker to get in touch about the movement of the car - if this have not been confirmed??

We are aware Fords sold our old car (Subaru by 2 days of them having this off us), so realistically if it was stolen how come its taken this long for them to pick up on a movement on the car?
Do you get my drift here?

Unless of course it have been stolen just recently, I do not know!
