We still have loads of snow here and more expected tonight, and supposed to be heavy snow tomorrow. There are icicles about 2 feet long hanging outsiee my office, if one fell as anyone walked underneath that would be the end of them for sure lol........wonder if i can persuade my boss that's the best route to his car.......

Braved Asda last night which was surprisingly not busy, bought the ingredients for the Cointreau trifle and chocolate mousse, got streaky bacon and sauages, so that's the piggies sorted out. That is the sum total of my shopping for Christmas as we are out for Christmas day and my contribution to lunch is pigs in blankets and desserts.

Have managed to get my son to nip to the Club shop in his lunch hour to get my pressies for OH. And that's it. Done and dusted.resents3:

Well......some news on my sister, even though the hospital wanted her to go in for 10 am this morning, she has had a show, and some contraction pains, so waters can go anytime now and hopefully by the end of today my new nephew will be born.:santa_wink:

I've had enough of this weather as well to be honest, although it would be nice to have snow just for Xmas day only and for it to all disappear after that!:santa2::snowman3:.

Well its snowed here with a vengeance, luckily I managed to get into town and back home before it started. To be honest I am absolutely bloody sick of it, I hate it, it scares me big time, I am so petrified of falling over I end up walking like a sodding duck or like I've sh ite myself, not a glamorous look msl:

We've done all our Christmas stuff really apart from last minute things, and we always get each others pressies a few days before, so we are off late night shopping on Tuesday, we're not spending loads this year as we have the wedding to pay for, also I want to finish decorating a couple of rooms.

Almost there, with just the finishing bits tomorrow.:candycane:

The inner streets are a no go with still thick snow, main roads not too bad but getting slippery now as well, but I'm in for the night now to get more wrapping done,:3560_7606:

But still a good day overall.

Snowing again here in Wales and getting quite thick too.

I did not end up going to town centre today, thought I would wait until tomorrow, but its set to get even worse lol, arh well never mind hey, can always take the sled :candycane:.

The way its going we're all in for the snow again, just checked the online Met office now, I'm on the eastern side of Wales, looks like its going to hit the Western side before it comes over to where i live, but yeah your right what you said......"I did shout" LOL, arh well maybe anotherr snowman to build then :clgblinkie171:.

Bout time the East had a respite then!!!
