Re: The Join-in Chatter Thread
Well done, Di. If you can get it back stage 1 and keep it there, that will be excellent. You're a champion surfer, so I'm pleased to see you're getting some good info on this.

Re: The Join-in Chatter Thread
Thank you Bill xx
I am determined to improve my function (I know it cannot be cured) but at this stage the functioning can of course be improved and even put back a stage and possibly to the first stage ;-)
Yes I have been doing lots of research FB is one of them, and a site called Davita, they give ideas of the right foods to eat for the actual stage, and another thing I have done as well is improve my water drinking intake. Was never the one for water so much before and of course that doesnt help. I'm sure with the last test I had done shown improvements of a few percent because of cutting back on certain things and going to the healthier choice lol.
Thank you xx

Re: The Join-in Chatter Thread
Hi Di,
A few of us have taken a break lately - January & February can be dark depressing months. So, I'm pleased to see you're back on form again, and have got to grips with your kidneys !!! Just keep digging out ways of keeping those kidney function levels up - and increasing them. I'm sure if you keep searching and experimenting, you will not have to live on metaphorical bread and water.
