WOW, it's been some time posting on this one!

Hope your all keeping well folks.

I have actually cut back on all sites but plans are to visit more often now I've come to terms with some matters. ie;, Kidney Disease stage 3, luckily caught at this stage really, now I just have to do my best to try to slow it down, certainly want to try avoid dialysis/transplant if i can.
Keeping my chin up though and still as Dizzy as ever lol!!!

Love to you all and it will be great to get this thread up and running again xxx

I have it every 3 months in my belly-fat--injects a small hormone implant capsule
Don't feel it much but needle is spring loaded to retract ----as dangerous to patient and nurse
