It got so bad over there that you werent even allowed to mention the CEO of Worst Credit in Reigate. Bob Kingdon. Even if you put *** ******* your post was cagbotted. It got like that with a lot of DCAs. The mere mention of their names was a nono

    lol

well, because they slapped me on moderation over or whatever they did to my acccount, i cant post the egg judgment even if i do win, they wont get it not because i dont want them to, but because i cant post it.

I aslo note that they have still left my thread on CPR 31.16 up and i have reported it 5 or 6 times now, saying due to Kneale it needs pulling or a statement making that it is no longer safe to do CPR 31.16 apps with the application i posted

    its really bad that

Well that really is a new low.........to deprive CAGGERs of a QC's legal opinion, freely given to ALL Consumer sites to share is just appalling.

I'm still dumbfounded that Lowells were allowed to post.

Many people may not have great opinion of MSE, but Lowells tried the exact same thinq there.

The account they registered was blocked/banned PQQ.

I have been on moderation for a while

No surprise as I was ripping the back out of the mods for allowing lowlifes to post, and PM ing all and sundry to dump CAG and come over here may have had something to do with it as well

Weak leadership of a small but influential cabal of rampant egos is the sad reality.

Having better legal knowledge than they have and deep respect from the users are pre-requisites to being pushed out......so yes, it is relatively easy to pick out the next likely victim. sad

PT, I can still post over there, so far I have not yet been banned, but also do not post a lot over there anyway since I found my home here.

I am happy to make a post if you explain exactly what you want me to say on that thread I would be happy to oblige.

This is the thread why you shouldnt use section 77/78 CCA 1974 if you want the signed agreement - The Consumer Forums i wonder how long it will take, or if they will leave it up or not

If anyone applies for discovery they face a huge legal bill in light of kneale and i cant even post over there to warn them

Glad to see you realised how MAD the mods were

    Hi PT
I've been a lurcher - sorry lurker on t'other site for a long time under a different guise. I don't post much (either here or there but I do read a lot)- not got the confidence to put in my twopeneth. But I have subscribed to some of your gems to give me inspiration for my hassles with Sharkleycard.

I'm sorry that things turned sour on Cag, but as the others have said - Cag's loss is LB's members gain.

    All the best to you

    Dizzie
