    Err, Blank!?

    Anyhow, I note that a member of the CFC has attempted to make PB see sense; eloquent wordings.

    And, the OTR webmaster appears to be busy this evening...what a fuss about an omlette.

      Bardy boy has reappeared and is allowed to post his usual guff too. He appears to be basking in the damage he's done.

      I'm becoming convinced that the guy has serious 'issues'.

        Just ignore it, when the judgment is handed down then will be the time for discussion. Andrew seems to be handling things okay.

          Delfi, most of the time he is on a phishing trip;
          his conclusions are almost as bad as his spellling, LOL

          An observation though, the site team member that pulled the objecting posts on pt's humpty dumpty thread, is marked as a friend on his username ID stats...

                    Yip, and it was no problem, think they were modded just after cerebus posted you the link lol, you can get them on here anyway (top of announcements and oft forum), just was a bit hard letting people know they were available.

                    Angrycat, I'm sure Peter can stick up for himself, I personally have nothing at all against him and think the argument on CAG should stay on CAG, if its going to be discussed here then it will be in a reasonable manner and we dont have problems with personal attacks, we have the Kennels for that kind of nonsense Ummm will dig out the forum rules and whatnot for ya xxxxxx

                            I wouldn't - it sounds like a race horse.

                              the 4th Sept is the latest, we would expect judgment to be sent to us shortly, and then we will have the chance to review it and then the formal judgment will be handed down in open court

                              I also have a case in the Court of Appeal which has potential to seriously harm Carey or atleast limit its effect and deal with scenarios where creditors keep reproducing docs til they get it right
                              Hi

                              Does this mean that the judgement will not be available to us on the 4th, then.

                              Regards

                                I would expect once the judgment is formally handed down it will be made available. I wouldn't expect it to be made available till after formal handing down, it would be wrong to disclose it on the draft. 4th Sept isnt handing down date, its just a guide as thats the latest it can be.
