no sorry i pulled the thread

I am entirely sick of the CAG, i feel there is a lack of support for me over there from the powers that be, there has been a user systematically going out of his way to cause me harm over that thread. Therefore i have removed it.

I have however posted the Egg case details on a thread should anyone need to seek to get their case stayed.

I will get the judgment when it is handed down and will let you all know how it went. I hoping our luck continues as we have won a few good battles while the CMCs have been losing heavy lol

But for now, i dont see me carrying on with the CAG

              to clarify

the 4th Sept is the latest, we would expect judgment to be sent to us shortly, and then we will have the chance to review it and then the formal judgment will be handed down in open court

I also have a case in the Court of Appeal which has potential to seriously harm Carey or atleast limit its effect and deal with scenarios where creditors keep reproducing docs til they get it right

Thanks, ive floated around a bit here, but i must admit i have been loyal to the CAG,

however, loyalty goes both ways, and sadly over there its not the case at all it seems,

                        yeah i cant disagree.

I have never been bothered with the politics crap that goes on, its not me, but when a person goes on a witch hunt like happened to me and the upper echelons of power dont support you and more frustratingly, support the one who is attacking you, that is where a line must be drawn and where one must walk away.

                        So here i am.

It is a shame that this is the case,

I would have prefered that all the consumer forums work together, this would ensure that our voices are heard and that people take notice, however, with sooo much in fighting and with the likes of the one who shall not be named openly attacking me over there, its clear that is never going to happen.

The options i had were stay and let this person carry on

or leave, which i have done, sadly the people who are in difficulty are the ones who will suffer, i have seen lots of posts i could answer over there, but i said that it was my last post and i mean it, its over for me

Me too PT. Tried my best with the bank charges test case, failed miserable, but am not one to give up.... one day we will all be on the side of the consumers rather than on the side of individual sites, just takes some a bit longer than others to realise that works much better than fighting.

(when I left they closed every single thread I had ever started, and a fair few of those were started on behalf of others who needed help - bloody frustrating I have to say!)
