Well, now that the site team have pulled the entire EGG thread, (Legal Forum) it certainly is NOT a joke!

I am entirely sick of the CAG, i feel there is a lack of support for me over there from the powers that be, there has been a user systematically going out of his way to cause me harm over that thread. Therefore i have removed it.

I have however posted the Egg case details on a thread should anyone need to seek to get their case stayed.

I will get the judgment when it is handed down and will let you all know how it went. I hoping our luck continues as we have won a few good battles while the CMCs have been losing heavy lol

But for now, i dont see me carrying on with the CAG

Hmmm, not sure that I would refer to the issue as a difference of opinion.

But yes, the judgement in the EGG case will indeed be an interesting one!

Differences of opinions happen, especially in the CCA arena, its how they are handled that counts. Ah well, we'll wait see what the judgment in the Egg case says, should be an interesting one.

To be honest, it was the offending party (the ship wrecker) who should have been put back on moderation.
And not, the other intelligent members being 'shut up'!

The ship wrecker, has been heckling PT for a long time...

It seems that site team have removed the thread to stave any further issues between site members and will reinstate it once judgment is handed down.

Only one OTR member was causing the problem;
he was asked repeatedly, to wait and see but could not wait.
Rathermore, appeared to be intent on causing waves.

This member, has done a great disservice to other vulnerable members, who relied on the long thread for information re: their EGG cases.
