"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example if the correct answers were (A) 3, (B) 120 and (C) 12 then to get my total score I would multiply 1 x 4 x 3 to give an overal score of 12.
