          Re: DAY 14 final day

I know it's been said before but just want to thank EXC & Budgie and everyone else's contributions in translating the ongoings of this trial into Plain Intelligible Language

I am so glad I am part of this site, which empowers people with enough information to be able to make sense of claims that I know I probably wouldn't have been able to make heads or tails of. It is because of the efforts of people like yourselves (you know who you are) that we are able to fight against the big bad wolves, and make some pretty darn good friends on the way too. Can't really ask for more

          Thank you once again.

I will get my warewolf costume on just for you crash
Well, only part of it needs to be used. I am one of very few people on the charges sites that wins either way the case goes.
            That is quite nice.
Once again thanks to EXC and Budgie and everyone else for their contributions.

Does anyone know if the claim teams that were established last year at most banks are still up and running, and if not, are they in the process of gearing them up?

That would be a useful indicator.

                  Re: DAY 14 final day

My recollection of this is that most of the "special" teams were disbanded shortly after the test case as announced.

Nattie will probably be able to give us a better insight.

Agreed, that activity in this are would be a good indicator of the Banks take on matters although it's obvious that whatever the initial judgement in the Test Case it is going to go to Appeal.

There is one team that deal with bank charges with NatWest and it is standard letters stating Bank charges subject to OFT test case.
