Not horrified at DJs who ignore the rules when LIPs try to obide by them, not horrified that parking companies abuse the court system to an incredible degree ( CEL in particular) and nothing is being done to stay all parking eye claims pending Beavis. Yeah, fecking LIPs right enough.

So, you need to be rich to get solid legal representation or advice. You need to be rich to go on to third level education. You need to be rich to get decent medical attention in a clean hospital.

Not worried either that around 12% of the workload dealt with by Magistrates is now TV Licence related prosecutions.

It's all one sided and a pile of poo, we know that, but as LIPS there's bloody little we can do without getting solicitors firms involved in our cases. Stupidly half these cases would be ditched much earlier with a solicitor on board.

That's because they have to hear all sorts of cases such as personal injury, housing issues, consumer disputes, debt and some employment matters such as unpaid wages. They can't be experts in every area of law.

I totally agree and it rather supports Dame Elizabeth Gloster’s point IMO.

Judges can only work with the information they're given and that must be best supplied and presented by someone legally qualified to do so.

As they say in the legal profession "no s*** Sherlock

What a clever judge AND just what did these principal officers of the court think would happen after Failing got finished with the destruction of Legal Aid? that everyone would work for now't I suppose, hence the push for lawyers to work pro-bono
