    Re: Debt Elimination Scams

I hope those two gentlemen find a slightly more ethical business to spend their time on. We'll see if they reappear as something else.

Will be keeping an eye, as the recent record on their site/pages of things disappearing only to be snuck back on, doesn't fill me with confidence that it won't pop back up again.

Possible that the FCA unauthorised business team made initial contact with them, but you are probably right that it was a pre-emptive measure.

If they had checked the FCA's requirements and authorisation forms they would have realised they havn't got a chance in hell of the FCA giving approval.

Possibly under a different domain, which is not uncommon.

They probably did, and shut the site down after that.

They'd probably have to be authorised by the MoJ as well, I recall all those companies that 'eliminated your debt' had to be.

The site advertised above the Harley has these registrant details. A quick glance of directors seem to show one David Fletcher with loads of companies, but not this one. I could easily have missed it as visitors appeared part way through looking.

The same home page is on a number of different sites, I was wondering if it was a anti scam hacking effort but can't see any link between any of the other sites the HD Police wheel is on
