Unsurprisingly they haven't replied to my email .... sigh. Well the FCA, ASA, MOJ and hosting company are aware of it so I think we have done all we can without giving them unintentional publicity. Good to see use of the donotlink service

Add the ICO to that, as they would need to have DPA registration as well, and do not.

        http://ico.org.uk/what_we_cover/regi...ta_controllers

The Data Protection Act 1998 requires every organisation that processes personal information to register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), unless they are exempt. Failure to do so is a criminal offence.

              Regulatory Bodies/Forums - Pincer movement.........Nice xx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

GOODF are also pursuing this through the correct channels which is good to see.

Lol, but at least they don't cost you an extra £400.

As Ame says, their crap is free. Why pay £400 for a heap of it when you can get it free of charge. Heck we've even got the letters up on this thread if people really want to screw their lives up.

                            I wouldn't worry. I've said a lot worse.

                              This morning.

                              - debt gone main page shows a Harley Davidson pic
                              - Other pages that were still there now show a 404
                              - Twitter page has had branding/references removed and is protected so no content viewable
                              - Facebook page seems to no longer exist or redirects.

                                Oh what a shame!

Somehow I can't see the FCA having been that quick to act, maybe they just got cold feet, or they may re-invent themselves under another name.

I wonder whether anyone actually made a payment through that page... :confused2:
