    Re: Debt Elimination Scams

abuse @ kgix. com looks to be at least one address to complain to at the moment. Different aspects of the same host though perhaps.

      I'll speak with MOJ.
I thought this was a thing of the past, didn't think you were still able to go to court as claimant and have your agreement ruled unenforceable, not after Carey... :noidea:

The Rankines used to do that, but when that avenue got closed, they kept taking the punters' money, that's when their business became fraudulent.

Yes, I used to subscribe to PT's blog (and still do, to the new one). :ranger:

But that's all from a defendant's perspective, i.e. once a creditor has decided to take the first step and sue you, as opposed to you taking the initiative and going to court as the claimant, which is what the Rankines and many CMCs used to do to ''wipe off your debt'.

I wonder how these guys intend to do it, if you're going to rely on FMOTL stuff, there are ways to do it for free, or at least for a lot less (I think GOODF do charge a little for some 'premium' service but I've not looked into it).

I'm led to believe the premium service is very similar indeed to the information in post 4! :tinysmile_twink_t2:

It'd be interesting to know exactly how many people in the UK have actually successfully trademarked their own name. Other than people like Bernard Matthews lol.

An interesting response to a post put up earlier on Get Out of Debt Free, I don't blame them trying to protect what they attempt to do, maybe they'll take it further with official authorities?

                    An interesting new user too!

Yes, so the whole scammy site is now back apart from just the front page.

In particular that payments page is still live.

...and they also claim to get the default removed from your credit file... :noidea:
