Hello,just found this forum as an alternative to another that i won't mention.
Just looking for,i guess clarification of something and then i will go in to,what seems to be a never ending saga for me if needed.
I was speaking to someone in CS at virgin on Friday, regarding the same problem i've had for around 10 months and they said,not verbatim,that if virgin aren't providing at least a sufficient % of the service i am contracted to,i can leave without the early termination fee? As they would be in breach of contract.I am assuming he shouldn't have mentioned this as he works for them,whoops.
I have tried to speak to them on the phone,to try and get some guidance on this but i am getting no where.
I could probably use some advice on my whole account with them but i'll start here with this.
They are making me so stressed.
