    how long was there between the address change and the final demand?

      I moved into the ground floor flat due to my disabilities getting worse in December 2012. The connection and phone was moved here in December. Plusnet then over charged me for the first 2 months as well.

        ok important PLEEEEEASE i know its been a long time since its happened, but how long (roughly) between you telling Plusnet and missing the payments?

          I told them I couldn't pay any more on the 2/04/2013 asking to terminate it when my payment was due. Which I paid. They confirmed this in E Mail

          Dear Mr ************* This email is to confirm that your cancellation request has been processed. Your account with us will finish on 12/04/2013.

            Plusnet have contacted me and have dropped the debt. I would like to thank them for this help and Chris here looking into the case and sorting it out.
