      OK, just spoke to a sky advisor via sky live chat so I could copy and paste it and this is the response regarding the Vouchers.

      Joaquim: Hello, you're chatting with Joaquim, a Sky advisor, may I take your name please?

      You: Leon

      Joaquim: Hi Leon, how are you ?

      You: fine thanks

      Joaquim: That's great.

      Joaquim: What brings you to our web site today?

      You: ordered skyhd upgrade online which qualified for the voucher offer

      You: and according to the account they have been delivered

      You: well that is not true

      Joaquim: I'm sorry to hear that, I'll do everything possible to sort this out for you.

      Joaquim: To access your account details, I will need to go through some security questions with you. Is that ok?

      You: why have sky stated that they have been delivered when they have not surely these would need to be signed for on delivery

      You: sure

      Joaquim: Can you confirm the password set up on the account please?

      You:

      Joaquim: I'm sorry that's incorrect, is there any other password answer you may have used in the past?

      You:

      Joaquim: That's it, thank you.

      Joaquim: I am now accessing your account, one moment please...

      Joaquim: Leon. thank you for your patience. I've check your accont...

      Joaquim: Your HD box was activated on 29th march, you will receive the vouchers 28 day from the 29th march.

      You: so why has my account say they have been delivered

      You: and before that said they had been dispatched

      Joaquim: Can you please bear with me for a moment.

      You: ok

      You: seems I am getting the run around here

      Joaquim: I understand your urgency, however I will arrange to check with the specialised team...

      You: there is no urgency just I am being told differant things

      You: if they where 28 days after install why not just put that on my account so we all know where we stand

      Joaquim: I do apologise for the information that was given to you, I will send an e-mail to the team and get this sorted out for you as quick as possible...

      You: ok thank you

      Joaquim: you're welcome.

      You: in the mean time if I have heard nothing by the end of the month I will be back
      So ill give to the end of month then sparks will fly.

        Well we got a letter, yes a real one, saying they would be delivered within 45 days of HD install.
        Doesn't show anything on my account at all.

        So If the rep's work on 28 days, I guess they'll arrive shortly..

          Indeed conflicting stories here, they probably do not know themselves certainly going to keep on top of this though Ben as it was part of the offer and the reason I upgraded.

            I've just ordered this package with the £100 M+S Vouchers. Plus, because I did it via Quidco I shall be getting £105 cashback !!

            Am going to do the self-install as I am technical with all the satellite stuff and it aint difficult to do. Does anyone have any idea how Sky take to send the HD box out ?

              We got a letter saying that neither us or our friends are entitled to the vouchers as they have no record of it.
              Hmmmmm so whats these emails I have then, me thinks I'll give them a ring.

                well I am very naffed off, as having upgraded to HD a few weeks ago (got a free box and Sports/movies half price for 3 months) I now notice on the Sky site that if you upgrade online they are now offering £100 worth of vouchers!

                    Although hundreds of thousands of customers have received M&S vouchers from Sky in the last year alone, we fully recognise that some have experienced unacceptable delays.

                        Any news your end, just I had a reply to the form I sent and they said not much to be honest just that they have been sent but if I do not get them by end of week to contact them again.

                          Right, just got this email with tracking number so they are finally on there way.

                          Your vouchers are on their way Account number ............ Hello Mr .... ......, We're really happy you've chosen Sky TV and hope you enjoy all the programmes that will be coming your way. Also on their way to you are your rewards. You'll receive these by recorded delivery within the next 5 days.

                          Reward Type Tracking Reference Date Despatched £100 M&S Voucher
                          11 May 2011
                          Just so you know, Royal Mail will need a signature. If you're not at home, you'll need to collect them or arrange for them to be redelivered. You only have 7 days to do this, then the vouchers will be returned to Sky. You can go to a Royal Mail Delivery Office and collect your item (take the delivery card and one form of identification with you), or arrange a redelivery online or by phone. Kind regards, Sky Team

                              Still not heard back from them so have fired off the following letter to them, apologies for the lack of grammar but I've got the hump.

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              During the late part of 2010 you were promising £50 M & S vouchers for anyone who recommended friends to Sky and the same amount of vouchers for the new customer.


                              In the late part of November I recommended our friends xxxxxxxxxxx of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and they duly joined Sky.


                              We received emails from yourselves dated 23 November 2010 and a Unique reference number IF00CBB10Y to quote so that we would receive our vouchers.


                              Since then we have all waited and waited and no vouchers have arrived, I contacted you in March to complain and received a letter dated 4th April 2011 saying that sorry we were not entitled, I telephoned and complained and explained again giving the reference number which proves that we were entitled, we are still awaiting a reply.


                              I feel that I must complain most strongly, this is appalling treatment by yourselves and is so inefficient it is quite unbelievable. You have enticed us to recommend and become customers under false pretences, and your treatment of us is disgusting.


                              I am now asking you again to look into this and reply to me with a full explanation as to why this has happened. I am so furious that I am seriously tempted to take my business away from yourselves and go with another provider and to recommend to everyone I know to do the same.


                              Please be aware that I will not just accept £50 M & S vouchers as a way of an apology, you will need to come up with a much, much better idea than that.


                              I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future, that’s if you can be bothered to answer this letter.
