        Does it say Letter Before Action? Which would be CPR Pre Action Protocols.

              It is a notice of action. They say “We are instructed to initiate legal proceedings against you unless the amount is paid in either one off payment or under an agreed payment plan.”

                O.K. You need to give a summary of the situation, with dates, what's happened, why are they sending you LBA's. Are you disputing the debt? etc.
