Please check with the shipping company even now on www.hava-transp.com at the 'ONLINE' section of their web-site.
They do have a live help operator there, just click on the button called 'Live Support' on the top of the page and he will help you with the info you need. Just ask about my car which is there, in their warehouse,already inspected,with all its papers and ready to be shipped.They will give you all the info you need regarding delivery and payment details because I have already signed a contract with them and they will act as a third party between us.

Sorry to hear you have been caught out by this lot, particularly being your first car after all that hard work saving for it, extremely gutting.

Do you have the bank details that you made the transfer to? Name / account number / sort code / bank -
Also do you know the transport company alleged to be being used?
Do you have a screenshot or any link to the advert where you purchased the car from?

All that information could help save others.

have you spoken to your bank and the scammers bank since the transfer?
Have you spoken to the Police and Action Fraud ?

I have recently beeninvolved in online fraud where the fraudster used the email addressalice@btworld.co.uk
They have used otheremail address using Alice as well as using names such as Sarah and Evelyn.

On contacting theseller, the same email is always received:

"Hello,
The ?????? is stillfor sale in excellent condition, with no damages or any faults. All necessarydocuments available. My current location is Scotland due to my workcommitments. If this is going to be a quick sale, I will let it go for £???0delivered at my costs."

Unfortunately, youare led to believe the transaction will go through paypal and are fooled intopaying via bank transfer to an account under a, what appears to be, Romanianname.

I am 17 and I hadsaved up for many years to buy my first car; all of which was lost in aninstant.

Although many havefailed, I will not let this lye and will be contacting watchdog and my localmp.

I have also set up afacebook page which I hope many of you will join and help me raise theawareness of the situation nationally.
