Hello,
Last day while doing some renovation works in our home, my wife fell down from the ladder. We consulted a doctor and he said that she got a herniated disc. She needs to undergo surgery immediately. We don't have a health insurance so the surgery may cost around $25000. We are not in a situation to pay such a huge amount. My wife's condition will be worst if the surgery is late. My friend suggested me to consult a personal injury lawyer who can help us with this situation. Does anyone have any idea regarding this? Please do respond.

hello, ladders have to go through safety testing so you would have to prove there was FAULT with the ladder, not positioning thereof etc; which would be immensely difficult, also depending on where it was purchased, they may have a legal team and you could incur further costs etc etc

i am in the u.k. but hopefully the following statement / links are legitimate and helpful.
