Hi,
I am in dispute with VW finance over my VT on my Audi which i had for 4 years since new.
They are claiming for damage and excess mileage which i disagree with.
After 4 years you would expect some minor scratches.

The charges still remain as outlined below:
Bumper Rear Scratched Repaint £110.00
Wing RHF Right Hand Front Scratched Repaint £110.00
You were also disputing the excess mileage charge.
I would advise that it has been calculated correctly as the odometer reading on collection was 39,988 miles.
You had an annual allowance of 10,000 miles
The pro-rated expected mileage was 38,356.16 miles
Excess mileage of 1,631.84 @ £0.08p = £130.55
When the assessor came, no documentation was signed.
VW financial services did say i could go to the Financial ombudsman.
Is this my next step or should i communicate to VW financial services direct that these charges are unfair and inflated?
