hello , I have been in touch with ICO , waiting for reply , just back to me and MIL ,they new buying my data was against the law , because I downed PAS , can I still take MIL to court with data breach because i already have already used that data breach , is there another reason I could use , if there is great , but if its got a number ie rule 2 parra 5 example I would need to quote it , as i stated earlier MIL bought and used data without permission , contacting me with this data , in forming me by letter they had bought the alleged debt , then raising court proceedings ,then discontinuing 24/10/16, plus various offers to settle, going up, then dropping down to £50 these companies need bringing down , at the end the day The ticket should not have been issued in the 1st place by PAS , DVLA informed me that PAS did not (KADOE) have reasonable cause to access REGISTER , I had done nothing wrong, but MIL look like they are going to get away with it THANKS MIKE

    • I'd still wait for the ICO's take on it, & go from there.
