    You'd need to appeal to progress it.

    I've never seen the like of that judgement.

        Thanks both for responding

        During the hearing I passed the following information to the judge:

        My salary loss as defendant of 7.5hrs at court assessed rate of £18ph and court application fee £165. He said as long as law is unchanged he cannot overturn the judgment and therefore cannot prescribe for any costs to be repaid by the claimant except the £40
