                          Re: parking eye county claim

Hi helpmeplease, I have taken down your defence as your details were visible through the blanking out. I think M1 has already got the documents downloaded so that's fine, he'll let you know if you need to reupload them. I don't have a PDF editor unfortunately and your name etc is on every single page else I'd have done it for you x Marker pen often allows text to show through in scanning process, better to cover with obscured paper or use an image editing program before printing to a pdf file (just for future ref). Thank you Amethyst.
                            also M1.
i will try the clinic again tomorrow. They told me to first contact parking eye, but now they are continuing with the claims court I will tell the clinic that I need more persuasion from them towards parking eye.
                            will keep you posted.

                                Re: parking eye county claim

The parking is a 10 min drop of zone, but you can park longer if you park in the disable bays. The problem is that you have to type in your car reg at reception on the ground floor, but my mother was told to go upstairs to her appointment and by-pass the reception downstairs. The upstairs reception does not have a keypad to type your car reg. the ticket was for staying longer then 10 minutes in the drop of zone.
the keypad was introduced to stop non patience parking in disabled bays. But my mother has appointments letters on the days of the fines.
