Scotland simple procedure - court claim - Help needed

Helping a friend defend a court claim in Scotland against horizon . Residential parking so no loss to owners !
claiming for 6 tickets back in 2017 .
Keeper cant remember if they were driver on these occasions.
ppc claim overstayed in long stay car park but then on list of offences say claim is for “parking without valid permit”
Anyone with advice on Simple procedure forms in Scottish courts please ?

As this is residential parking then what does the lease say about parking?

You mention "Parking without a Permit". What do the signs say? Perhaps permit holders only, in which case there can be no contract created for non permit holders and therefore no breach.

In Scotland they can only hold the driver liable, non of this rubbish about holding the keeper liable. Has the driver been identified? Yes or No only.
