Hi,
Does anyone know if the above pics are what I should have received? I just need to know if I should offer a payment as the letter stated I need to contact them within 10 days of receiving their letter.

Hi, I've received the requested info I asked for and they've asked me to contact them to discuss payment options. Do I write to them and offer a payment that I can afford each month?

I've received a reply from PRA regarding the CCA request I sent them. They have put my account on hold until they receive the required information, and will contact me with an update as soon as possible.

I would write back to them and tell them you only wish to discuss in writing - by letter or email and give them your email address - and do not wish to discuss by telephone.

Hi, I spoke to barclaycard last year to inform them I couldn't afford £300+ a month for the £8000 balance I had on the card. They agreed I could pay £69 a month and they froze the interest, I get a statement every month which shows this. It's now a year since they agreed this and I received a letter asking me to ring them by the 29th, someone suggested I write to them and not ring them but when I originally did this they replied saying I had to speak to them, so what should I do, ring or write? I'm happy to carry on paying £69 a month if they are agreeable but I'm wondering if after a year of letting me pay that interest free if they'd still allow it??
The debt which is now owned by PRA was with Mbna which is for £13,000, I have sent off a CAA request but as of yet I haven't had a reply from PRA.

give me a quick lead in to what you have done so far?

Am I right in thinking that you are paying £69 per month to Barclaycard for a debt that it now
owned by the PRA Group?
