If the documents provided now mention any other documents, clauses or pages that are not
included the agreement fails to comply.

The writing on the pages are quite blurred so that's why the pics didn't come out clear ��
On the reverse side of the signature form it says these are paragraphs 1,2&3 of your terms and conditions, the rest of your t&c's (paragraph 4 to 19) can be found in the full copy. ( they must have sent that at the time but I won't have it as it was 11 years ago when I got the card)
Underneath where it says important you should read this carefully -your rights is all regarding paragraphs 1-3.
On the signature form it says Before you sign this agreement you must read section 11 in the t&c's's provided, so that's the only number that is mentioned above 3, hope this makes sense.

There is no section 11?
If so then the agreement is faulty.
PRA are notorious for poor paper work.
My eyes are not good enough to make sense
of the documents perhaps [MENTION=6]Amethyst[/MENTION] will
take another look.

I have sections 1-3 on the t&c side and everything they mention is between 1 and 3, it's only on the signature side they they mention section 11.

If you can make it out, in the terms and conditions slip section does it refer to any other paragraphs that aren't within those shortened terms? It isn't a recon it is the original off microfiche from what I can make out. Usually on that pages with the interest table on these agreements state that you have read paragraph X etc ( and those terms should be supplied to comply fully with the CCA)

yes it has my name and address on it, it says page 1 of 2 and on the back is the terms and conditions.
ive also received statements showing what I've purchased from getting the card to the last use of it.
The covering letter from PRA just says Information as requested and to contact them within 10 days ( phone calls from them already started)
Nowhere does it describe it as a reconstituted agreement.

Can you confirm please the 2nd attachment has a page notation i.e., Page x of X what is actually?
Is this all you have received?
Is your name and address on this document?
Are terms and Conditions on the reverse of these pages?
Was there a covering letter with this? Did it describe the document as an " reconstituted " agreement?
