      Dear Amethyst
They gave me the times ie 8.37 to 10.33 in the original Claim Form N1 and have only now in their WS/Exhibit 1 , illustrated that they are happy for me to park for 2 hours .
The old saga of Mr Schwartz. In correspondence with the SRA I am told that DEAL have pointed out to the court the spelling mistake, by persons unknown. Should the court not have by now informed all defendants of this cockup?
They havent paid their hearing fee, just waiting for a letter from my local court.
What would be chance of taking Small Claims action for all the time involved and the harassment this has caused?

Those are costs. Unreasonable behaviour allows much greater scope for large costs. It is easier if you go to court and they fail to show than it is if the discontinue whereby you'd need to write to the judge.

Thanks for the info but when I spoke to the manager dealing with civil matters at my court he said if I wanted to put anything for a judge to see, such as a letter, there was quite a significant fee.
Anyway will see what next week brings.
          Thanks for your help.

            Hi M1

Id be interested to hear more about these Unreasonable behavior costs, because at the end of the day, we have been hounded for the last 2 years over this, initially the worry / fear and anxiousness has now subsided into one of unbelievable cheek of DEAL and the sheer disregard for the law / playing games with the civil process, but thats only due to the fact that we educated ourselves in this matter. And i would suppose if you went through the whole process and got awarded some kind of recompense they wouldn't pay it and fold the company anyway!!

I tell you this whole thing has opened my eyes immensely.....
