I have sent an appeal off to C.U.P for my very similar ticket as its also dated November last year and the first letter I've received from them being this month of February some 3 months later.. as I'm also registered keeper my appeal was based on the grounds they are not within the period allowed by the POFA 2012 regulations to transfer liability to the keeper. I await their response.. OP I think your response will be similar to mine reading the advice on this thread
