    Watching this thread as I've received a very similar notice from C.U.P also dated for alleged offence last November and received within the last week..

        Screwing my eyes up at Google Earth (!) that sign seems to state:
        STRICTLY NO PARKING
        GATE IN USE 24HRS

        wheel clampers (?) in operation
        Thar image tho' was July 2019 so things might well have changed.


        That PCN will be difficult to enforce in court with no period of parking shown.
        Reversing into and out of an area will not be considered parking.

          Posted the whole notice above, bith front and rear. Dont have a photonof the site sign so will go and have a look shortly

                Had problems uploading my letter as well. Take a screenshot of the photo and resize it. That'll make it work
