Screwing my eyes up at Google Earth (!) that sign seems to state:
STRICTLY NO PARKING
GATE IN USE 24HRS
wheel clampers (?) in operation
Thar image tho' was July 2019 so things might well have changed.
That PCN will be difficult to enforce in court with no period of parking shown.
Reversing into and out of an area will not be considered parking.Comment
