The time on the ticket is 13.11 but the ANPR says The driver entered at 13.15. Would they have tampered with it?

If they tampered with it surely they'd have made it so it was longer than the hour that was paid for plus 10 minutes leaway. Either ANPR or ticket machine time may have been slightly out I guess ( which presumably would be a defence in itself ) Both the ticket list and NTK are for the EAST car park ( the west one is right next door so was thinking maybe went in and out both car parks looking for a space if it was busy )

Is the registration number on the ticket correct and complete? with the right numbers ? ( the listing only shows the letters which look to be okay from what I can make out ) I wonder if the numbers were wrongly entered so they haven't matched it up.

I'd use the ticket etc evidence alongside the points Ostell made about the NTK in post #4 above.

The driver has only ever use the East side, never been in the West side. Maybe the times are out on the machine, that's a possibility.* Please can you help me lay the defense letter out. I'd like to include the failures that Ostell pointed out but i don't know what the numbers in brackets mean, or the letters? Or do i just copy and paste and the judge will know? I don't want to get it wrong...
