      Yes, but the key phrase is 'in my opinion' and the thing with court is that the opinion of the judge might not be the same as yours. Only you can decided whether the fees are worth the risk in launching a claim.

        A puzzle I wonder if this man is privately / dealing as he states Car taken in part exchange? So it is worth be looking if he has been selling other cars previously.
