Maybe an open letter to a local newspaper to the councillor asking why your elected representative paid for out of public funds refuse to deal with the an elector who is begged by the councillor to vote for so they can work for the people?

Have you made or considered making a complaint to Eric Pickles, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, through your MP, CP?

Nod through what a bunch of overpaid and often greedy incompetent officials tell them is correct, said officials primed and misled by Crapita in many instances where bailiffs are involved, and also divert money from the Housing Revenue Account to general funds 'cos Crapita said it was OK. No they don't do that much on the surface, but can do a great deal of harm, as the councillors are often intellectually challenged and cannot grasp the issue so rely on the official for the direction.

Depends on whether said councillor believes all the lies a bailiff spouts when caught out fiddling fees, and swears blind that the levy on next doors car, cat or whatever is valid along with the fees.

Yes, to the same extent and for the same reason that I like ornamental door-stops.
