Would you expect the bailiff to have a copy of the LO from the court?

      Re: Council CEO

I have just received an automated message from the LGO acknowledging their receipt of my complaint about my local Council and their appointed collection agents, which is more than I received from my second formal complaint. So for the moment I sit and wait.

        Re: Council CEO

So far I've had a letter from my Council saying they have closed step one of my complaint regarding the actions of their collection agents. I was given contact details of the person I needed to contact if I wish to escalate my complaint to step Two. The said letter was dated the same day I sent the LGO my complaint. Now a week later I have learnt from the LGO that the Council have taken my complaint to step Two, looks like the ball is well and truly rolling thanks to a little nudge.
