White's nicest, closely followed by Tawny ... Ruby comes bottom of the list for me.

Mind you, my OH got me into drinking red wine and coke (kinda like a 'ge-spritzer' without the white wine and fizzy water lol) ... it's lovely on a warm day xx

I think I read in Lonely Planet ( or DK Eyewitness travel) that red wine and coke is a Croatian favourite. Not had it myself, not a fan of colas

ahh port.
Whilst a student in Portugal once spent all afternoon in a port wine lodge in Figuera with fellow students and the owners son.

Is it Amitriptyline?

It is an older style antidepressant but is also used in pain relief. My Dad was prescribed it because he had problems with his neck that was effectively inoperable - well they could but there was a not insignificant chance of paralysis and if that had happened he would have been better off dead. Harsh but I knew what he was like. I believe it really worked for him but the stupid old sod stopped taking pills when the pain went away

he said it might help with the mood as well and it is surprisingly enough, I'm sleeping which is a godsend in itself! Hypermobility hurts

Being naughty this weekend though and having a few drinkies instead, hopefully I will be too drunk to realise I hurt!

Careful drinking with Amitrip, turns you into a bit of a lightweight. I used to take mine before bed as it just knocked me out. Good for getting some sleep.

It's Pride weekend and my brother is in the parade so we are celebrating our Pride in him

Manchester it is mate

Cannot wait to get there, we are doing Saturday and Sunday (Mel C is headlining) and there will be about 19 of us (God help Manchester)

I haven't been to Manchester for at least twenty years, from recent news items it has become a more violent place. I mainly visited it on business so the view from the Midland Hotel might have been a slightly jaundiced one.
