I got banned for accidentally dropping a flash bang. Could the ban be removed?

It could. Write a grovelling letter of apology to the customer services director. Remember to say please. Send your letter with a first class stamp.

just seen your post on here from 2016 about you being band from Asda , I experienced the same thing yesterday (23/05/24) in my local Asda , long story short my 1 year old daughter was sat in the trolly I was using the scan hun to do my shopping coz much easier with a young child to get the shopping done as quick has possible , any way while she been sat in the trolley a number of time she was grabbing the scan gun and trying to chew it like teething babies do , while she done this she removed or knocked item of the scanner anyway got to the kill and came up with quality control form which was fine stood waiting with my restless child the lady xam
over ten minutes after very rude and grunted at us scanned so many of my item and said I didn’t scan my dog food which i certainly did she then scanned all my shopping it I paid for it and started to leave the store to then I was approached by two security guard who was which very rude I explained to them about my daughter who they could see and they wasn’t intrested basically told me I need to watch my child more better and make sure she don’t do it and gave me a year ban , never had any trouble or anything before I was shocked embarrassed and wanted the floor to open , this was all spoken about at the entrance to the store so other shoppers could hear everything being said , am so angry that they are trying to label me has a thief and how to parent my child, sorry for the long rant just wanted to share my story and see if you got your sorted in the end
