Where does the OP say the information relates to personal information passed to creditors or the webmaster has intervened with creditors in any way :confused2:

How do you know SARs have gone unanswered by the website which the OP hasn't mentioned :confused2:

I've pm'd the OP to clarify this. They are not currently online.

He has seen most of my s78/79 requests and made various declarations on them. Some not correct.
Why would these declarations need to go near a court? Someone DPA registered has seen a range of agreements and made declarations. The OP is expressing their opinion that some of these declarations were not correct - that is all. :beagle:

The OP wouldn't need to go near a court by choice. But the OP was expressing an opinion that some of the declarations were not correct which is something only a court can decide isn't it :noidea:

Oh Dear I seem to have started a heated discussion which was not my intention. I will clarify some points and decline to do so on others.
          • It is an internet based website but I will not confirm which one
          • To the best of my knowledge non of the information has been shared with anyone, I just want it removed
          • Non of the agreements have gone near court but while an agreement may look legit if the S78/79 has not been fully complied with then it is still unenforceable
          • I was extremely angry yesterday after some unfounded and untrue comments were made to someone I respect, maybe in hindsight I will do as was suggested by another person I respect and let sleeping dogs lie

Thanks jon, if it's okay with you I'll close the thread off (pm me if you'd rather leave it open and need further advice on the DPA aspects - I'm not fussed about intersite wranglings)
