Re: Trying to assist a friend with CCJ
Hi judgment XX 2004 and XXX 2004 Apparently they attempted a charging order on both but failed due to lack of value in the property So if the CO failed, I take it the above (23....) applies from XX and XXX this year and we can send the DCA/Solicitor chasing at the moment away with a flea in there ear and state OFT attitude to attempts to enforce statute barred debts?

Re: Trying to assist a friend with CCJ
Looks like they gained a charging order in 2004 (beyond 6 years ago) but the property it was gained on was sold some time ago without them gaining any funds from it as the 1st charge (mortgage co) swallowed the lot - whats the position there?Last edited by ncf355; 30th August 2010, 14:42:PM.
