so shes a child absuer and an animal abuser, I feel like its a struggle , even on this forum but esp at the courts and police station, its like swimming in molasses at all times whislt innocent

im proud that she was hurt by me , but i am ashamed i did not give her more justice

maybe if u know she is a child abuser and an animal abuser i wont feel this molasses feeling and you will actually want to help the righteous

compare a defending hair pull to endless car impacts on the animals, or to twisting up two innocent children

think of the level of suffering for her animals vs her

            in self defense yes

i would claim that planet earth and the force of gravity hurt her and I merely tensed my "hand", but I dont think the judge would approve

but this is what im talking about if u are innocent but accused everything and everyone is against u anyway , if u are guilty and accused it maybe shd be an objective enquiry, but its not science is it , its vastly inferior to science

their should be a lie detector test 1 for accuser a lie detector test 2 for the accused , then go from there, what's the hard evidence, (no word of mouth or an opinion being treated as hard evidence, no silly rules like quiet means guilt because quiet means quiet), thats what science would do

this is an old relic, and its time we replaced it with the modern age

(im experienced/ have knowledge so im innocent , its my guess as judge and thats that, ive got money so im innocent , im quiet so im guilty, their word is sometimes treated as hard evidence when its not hard evidence, old grandma is ignorant says the wrong thing in court gets years in prison because she hasnt studied law as a knitter, my free solicitor doesn't reply to a crucial email because im poor, you are the accused so we are all fighting against u to the point of bending the rules even when u are innocent , the events happened in complete isolation from the rest of reality as a false reality etc etc)

Its cr*p, its inferior and its held in too much regard

One thing you seem to be guilty of is not listening to what people are advising you on

Its not like that its a deep subject with technical terms and you have to understand it on day one, you need lots of time for lots of questions and learning , and then you are learning from one of the people bending the rules because you are innocent but accused, or from a guy thats free but has very limited time

also you dont talk down to people there's nothing brilliant coming from you, and there's lots of normal people out there with an education in a better subject than law, dont presume high status

I also doubt a forum expert is part of the real legal system they earn too well and work too many hours to help out on a forum

the advise is very clear plead guilty when u are innocent to get a better punishment, and if u later find that we were in the wrong there's no comeuppance for us

those 2 hospital visits mean nothing to us but your mothers lies are powerful evidence

Nobody would condone a child or animal abuser so to make out this forum does is an insult with your clap clap clap attitude.
Why come on to this forum and ask for help if you feel the people on here can’t help you?? You won’t even listen to your own solicitors advice

We magistrates are unpaid. We have to do about 13 full days a year minimum. We undertake hours of training and give our time because we wish to help our community. You believe you are innocent. Speak to a new solicitor and explain and take their advice.

so i need to know why, who the hell wants to just get given orders from a superior in 2026?

                              1)

its seems very simple it seems like my adverse inference defence is very strong because it hits several paragraphs for exceptions and has plenty of evidence, IS IT THOUGH? (below)

                                The Adverse Inferrence Defence

While I was not in a full state of shock, after the taser shouting, 2 hospital visits, 2 knife incidents, and the extremes of my own internal fear/mental health, I think its reasonable and realistic to say I was in a state of at least some shock regarding
not being fit for interview and adverse inference

I did give details early, in the police interview. I said i feared for my life and safety in two ways. Ive stayed consistent with that in my explanation and expansion of what has happened, Ive stayed consistent in high detail (also evidenced and in line
                                with that too).

I was instructed by a solitistor online over a decade ago, to stay silent, and that it was the strongest defence against an accusation as you can get. So I acted on these instructions all the way to the court. The solisitor I believe it was on the website Just Ask
and the proof is somewhere as a transaction on an old HSBC bank account, Im not sure if the Just Ask account still exists I dont have the log in details. But you can contact HSBC and get them to find the transactions if you want to cross examine me.

In all my court cases after hearing it, I have used this advise, its historically utilised/evidenced, although not to the T, but it remains the core of how I deal with any/many police interractions. Despite it landing me a false guilty sentence
this time around its probably still applicable in the majority of cases. Where any talk tends to get you to court even when innocent, no talk at all tends to get the case dropped and you avoid the long wait times of the court. Useful when your mother
easily cons the police with her crying victm acting, and is a frequent liar police caller and police manipulator, and usually calls when she has done something wrong herself.

I was highly distressed, at the time of the police interview, obviously, and so it was unreasonable to expect me to articulate a complex legal defence.

Despite only having to stay quiet in the interview, about as simple as it gets, my mind was too jumpy from fear and impulsive from survival orientation, that I even failed to do that. I said at the end I feared for my life and safety. So not only
could I not form a complex legal defense ie I didnt even have that as an option.... I couldnt even keep my mouth shut due to being mentally unfit for interview. (I could have gone against my solicitor's advise for this interview, ironically I only had to tell the truth for
                                this case)

I was mentally unfit, and have been for some time, (mental illness, many problems some very extreme) my mental health has been getting worse over time, not better.

I was suffering from high levels of confusion, I was very confused (audio hallucinations, over why sound makes me so scared, head games actually happening along side hallucinations, con-incidences, paranoid persecutions, real persecutions,
extreme suffering with fear irrationality and catastrophizing, im gas lit by many people including my parents over the long term, I was drawing false links, I have inherited denial problems from my father, emotional - belief problems , trapped cognitions,
ego or identity problems from living in fear and using multiple personalities and acting to survive, done over the long term. So I think its fair to say I was in a state of confusion before the interview

The events left me with some trauma, which makes a police interview less viable, I was less able to conduct one competently. Im left with life long mental scars , traumatic memories that I cannot forget, that affect my sleep sometimes,
that cause mood shifts, and affect my personality. I think its fair to say I was left with at least some trauma before the interview

The Evidence for the Adverse Inference Defence

My original male solisitor from Oslers, gave me advice on staying silent with great enthusiasm and detail. I used this advise even in the court case.

I had to ask my original solisitor to speak softly and he did because i as having an extreme reaction to sound. It hurt so much (sound) that Im still grateful to this day that he just spoke more softely, thats how much it was affecting me.

There was deliberation over me even being able to take an interview because I was in such a state and wanted to go to hospital and then their was a push from me to take the interview despite not being in a good enough
condition to conduct it competently, because I had more pressing survival needs /mental health needs. I had to get to hospital/I had long distances to travel, and I had tortuorous fear-depression pain feelings and loads more problems
way beyond anything you can ironically punish me with , compare say a tag punishment, with tortuorous fear-pain feelings, you know the tag becomes a mute point and so does the interview.

I was on the drug prolanalol , multiple tablets at the time of the interview, which wasnt even enough to stop the intesity of my fear.

On CCTV see me Shaking my arm uncontrollably in the interview , not something u can fake ! Some hard evidence that supports my late defence! The interviewing officer must have seen this and it was probably filmed too.

Reacting badly to sounds other prisoners were making! (They seem to know me and I do not know who they are) On CCTV I must have been seen and recorded reacting to sounds by covering my ears and trying to distance myself from noise

Me asking to move cell, away from sound! More hard evidnece from the police warden herself and on CCTV.

                                Fainting on camera !

Phoneing on itercom to say that I had fainted, and being told by the police staff to just get up then if uve fainted. After much suffering I was mistreated by a single member of police staff its concerning regarding basic
safety and professionalism in a trusted and serious role. I also fear the fellow officers will protect him and deny evidence for this case but thats just a theory. I appreciate most people he punishes that way are nasty people but in my case
its alot of emotional thinking im not a granny basher ive never hit a woman in my life etc so theres alot of emotional thinking attached to my accusation, im dragged through the mud, and its me thats the victim of child abuse/police manipulation

In a corner traumatized on camera trying not to "perhaps die" !
In a corner trying to avoid sound and panick! On CCTV
In the corner hulicinating frightning sounds! On CCTV

I went to the hospital x2 in one day because my panic was so bad, on the day before /of the incident (it was a day night and morning for the whole thing I believe) (evidence form hospital records)

I almost took a 3rd hospital trip but chose to go back to the damn forest i had been frightened out of to begin with. Im grateful for the police asking questions around the area after , it helped make it easier to sleep at night in the dark. (more evidence the
police in melton were looking for info on the knife intimidator)

My journey from the forest to the city on foot as I tried to escape the original (perhaps- knife user), the pocket intimidator, perhaps there is some CCTV showing me being scared or intimidated by individuals on the way, it was very odd its like
people co-ordinated against me to scare me, one guy chasing up behind me, one guy doing a creepy chin up posture to me, etc etc

Me exhausting myself excaping so far with a new irregular heart beat no one giving a damn. (Previous hospital vists document the irregular heart beat and dr vistis) (Perhaps on CCTV)

The 999 call or 111 call, from the petrol station after intimidation out of the wood/tent. Including a pocket-knife intimidation (odd co-insidence) barely got a pick up I was lucky , the police person on the call told me tough luck originally I had to do some
persuading to get help I couldnt afford a Taxi

The policeman picking me up, what ive said to him , him dropping me at my mothers. I probably mention arrythmic heart beat.

Me mentioning arrhythmic heart beats on the police call (Im pretty sure I did/must have)

Me telling the autism support worker from the police station a lady , that there's more important things to the situation than me being fit for interview/legal matters, and that i wanted to push for the interview (proof its a very reputable individuals word
as proof, and its very important to get this piece of evidence)

Im not even fit enough to do the recent court date I needed to know what she said to counter it in the court then and for the next appealed court case I do not have her argument because I had to block it out, block my ears out
of fear she'd depress/panic me badly just via her emotive voice, then it will happen again if I have to listen to her being emotive or loud in the next court case so you can even be ready to collect new evidence soon in advance
