It will not help us to advise you so there is little point. One piece of evidence needs to be seen or heard in context with all the others and as a part of the whole case. Please speak to a solicitor and let them hear the file.

How do you spend your ?barrister? level income? What do you do when not on legal beagles?

        Are you retired?

None of which matters to your appeal if you choose to make it. Please let us know if you do and tell us what happens.

Final question. If I go for the retrial and my mum drops out of it ie doesn't turn up, or says she was in the wrong and didnt realize, will I win the retrial?

what if there are no witnesses other than me my mother ?

(according to google AI they basically find u guilty when u are innocent if a mistake has been made, its a matter of practicality/cost (otherwise alot more court cases happen) and ironically its a matter of public confidence ie people feel secure if the judges are decisive

So adverse inference matters but short of a portable CCTV or video, its intentionally made unjust

Stay quiet in interview but not court (noob)

Hi atticus have you been working 60 hours a week, (40 pounds an hour) and are chilling out on beagles also, a bit more work for you before kip?

Perhaps you are currently enjoying a jacuzzi beagles party with special lady friends?

Take a guess, so just 2 ppl as the witness and the accuser says she was mistaken because she didnt know the extent of my psychological/body pain

and I say self defense because of the severity of my pain in reaction to her sound

Hurling abuse at those trying to help you is never a good idea. This comment will be reported.

Then be polite. Don't antagonise those you think might be able to advise.
