      • I'll close the thread Peace, please try and get some advice from a law centre or citizens advice - somewhere you will trust in what they say even if it isn't to agree with you, and heed warnings as to costs liability.

        If there is harrassment continuing report it to the police and consider an injunction.

        If he refuses to pay the sum awarded by the court you can look at enforcement of the judgment, enforcement agents, attachment of earnings etc. https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-...rce-a-judgment
