hi they had got the day wrong on the letter i thought it would have been yesterday as i was in they got the day wrong and made it for today my day off they didnt even check my rota so i told them i would come in today but if it was on overtime so i told them i was in friday and we set it for 1.00pm fri it is i can have a represenative but i am not in aunion and don't know any one else in the compass group who could be of any help. thanks for replying.

just got the letter and they say it is for under performance this is when I have reduced stockloss to £15,000 under budget got a certificate from them for this and £151,000 better than last year urgent help the meeting is at 1.00 today what do i say please help
