  • Change of contract hours

So today I've realized work have changed my contract from 39hrs down to 18.50hrs without my agreement or knowledge, ive still been working the 39hrs but only just realized because have been on company sick to find it's half the hours what it should be, where do I stand now

This makes sense now because in November I booked a weeks holiday to be told I had no allowance left, when I went back on the weeks booked off I should of had a spare week but obviously this has been used to pay me for 39hrs

Fezzy24 this new post would be more helpful to those advising on your other thread that you have linked to below

Health and wellbeing meeting - LegalBeagles Forum

Please can you cut and paste the above post onto that thread and then I can close this one down to avoid confusion.

    Many thanks
