Hi Beagles, I have never posted before but have been following your website and the fantastic advice that your team have given to other forum users. Because of your amazing site with legal advice and letter templates, and the inspirational success stories of several of your other users I had the confidence to face Lowell in a battle of letters over a court claim. Yesterday two letters (One from Lowell Solicitors, one from the County Court where the hearing was scheduled in March)arrived though the post, informing me that the claim had been discontinued. Thank you guys!
