        They have sent a reply saying they sent all the documents that was provided!

        the cheek of them is unreal. They also have responded saying that they are informed that the default notice was issued on 22nd march 2017. But again no copy of this? Will this be acceptable if it goes to court?

        i will try and attach a picture of their response letter.

              Still no default notice or assignment from Vanquis to Lowell.

              You can use that failure to try settle now at a discount or you can wait and see if they issue a claim and defend it - bearing in mind they may come up with the documents further down the line. It really depends how imperative it is that you avoid a CCJ ( through the court process there would be opportunities to settle but now is likely best time to negotiate a discount )
